Regarding recruitment on an 11-month contractual basis under N.H.M. (National Health Mission) July 2025 by District Health Society Surat Gujarat.

From the Office of the District Blood Bank Officer, Surat: Under the National Blood Bank Purification Program for blood-related diseases, the District Health Society, Leprosy Sub-Committee, Surat, will be recruiting temporarily on a contractual basis under N.H.M. for the following positions in Surat district:

1. "Paramedical Worker": For the positions mentioned below in Surat district.
2. "Non-Medical Supervisor": For the position of Non-Medical Supervisor at the District Blood Bank Office, Surat, at the district level

⏩Eligibility Criteria :

1. Paramedical Worker (PMW): Surat Urban, Surat District - 01 Post
• Educational Qualification: PMW (Leprosy) training completion certificate with High School/Higher Secondary OR M.S.W. and Computer Knowledge
• B.Sc. with 3 years of experience in the health sector and Computer Knowledge
• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
•  Monthly Salary: Rs.15,000/-
2. Non-Medical Supervisor: District Blood Bank Office, Surat District- 01 Post

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. with 5 years of experience in the health sector and Computer Knowledge
• Non-Medical Supervisor Training Completion Certificate with 5 years of experience in leprosy work in government or NGO and Computer Knowledge
• Age Limit: 18 to 50 years
• Monthly Salary: Rs. 25,000/-
